A Retreat for Courageous Conversations

As the educational landscape evolves, it’s essential to embrace vulnerability to navigate challenges and uncover opportunities for growth and innovation.

This session offers a space for participants to engage in meaningful conversations about the hurdles they face and the promising practices emerging in response.

Led by Ana Estrada Daniels, Certified Dare to LeadTM Facilitator and Coach, this interactive workshop will empower you with courage-building skills, fostering grounded confidence to lead effectively in times of uncertainty.

By connecting with others, sharing insights, and cultivating a mindset of resilience, you’ll leave with the tools and inspiration needed to continue thriving in your field.

This training is for all Early Educators in preschool, TK Teachers, infant/toddler, or family childcare.
