School Holiday Program

I am excited to share with you details about our upcoming Holiday Program for primary-aged children, which combines the joy of dance with the healing benefits of holistic art therapy.

• Dance Movement Classes 9.00 -10.00: Fun and engaging dance sessions that promote physical coordination, rhythm, and self-expression. The classes are tailored to suit various skill levels and will encourage children to explore different dance styles in a supportive, non-competitive environment.

• Holistic Art Therapy 10.15 – 11.15: In these sessions, children will explore their emotions and thoughts through a variety of art forms, including drawing, intuition art, and affirmation art. Using therapeutic techniques, the art therapy sessions offer a safe space for children to process feelings, build confidence, and develop emotional resilience.

• Meditation with Sound Healing 11.30-12.30:
  We incorporate sound healing through tools like singing bowls, chimes, and other calming instruments. This meditation practice helps children develop focus, reduce anxiety, and enhance relaxation, all while promoting emotional balance and inner peace.

Program Dates:

Monday - December 16, 23, 30 January 6, 13, 20

Wednesday - December 18 January 8, 15 and 22

Cost: $20 per session or $50 for all three sessions on same day

What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing for movement, an open mind, and a water bottle. All art supplies will be provided.

This program is a wonderful opportunity for children to grow emotionally and creatively in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment. Spaces are limited, so please let us know if you’d like to reserve a spot for your child.
