Redland City Council presents Lighting of the Christmas Tree at Raby Bay Harbour Park on Friday 22 November 2024, 4.30pm to 8.30pm.The free event will feature live entertainment, photos with Santa, a Christmas movie in the park and the official lighting of the Christmas tree.
This is an alcohol-free event.
Event tickets: This is a free family event with no tickets required.
Program
4.30pm: Event commences
4.30pm to 6.30pm: Free photos with Santa – download your Santa photo for free on Council's Flickr
4.30pm to 7pm: Local performances on stage by Craig Martin and Band, Laura Robinson, Liam Waldock and Miss Mandy followed by the official lighting of the Redlands Coast Christmas tree
roving performers and free activities including craft with Redlands Libraries and face painting.
7pm to 8.30pm: Christmas movie in the park: Festive Friday Flicks ‘The Santa Claus’ (PG)
There will be food and drink stalls at the event and take away will be available from local restaurants and cafes at Raby Bay Harbour and Cleveland CBD.
