The wonderful Jurtensauna is a sanctuary of urban wellness and the perfect place to explore our inner equilibrium. Join us for an evening of shared sweat, warmed by the crackling fireplace outside, and the embrace of the hot tub or invigorating cold plunge.
We will enjoy a collective experience of sipping mindful cacao and engaging in gentle breathwork, creating a space for introspection and inner balance. For those inclined, we offer the option of a subtle mindboost ritual, thoughtfully curated to deepen your connection with yourself and the present moment. Following the initiation, ample time will be provided to relax in the hot tub, enjoy aromatic infusions, or cuddle in the cozy jurte.

About me: Breathwork has been a key part of my life for many years: from freediving, connected breath and pranayama to Wim Hof and other biohacking methods, all of which shape my sessions. As a breathwork facilitator, I blend various techniques to guide journeys aligned with our shared goals. My background is in neuroscience and breathwork, and I value both the spiritual and scientific aspects of the practice. My main goal is to create a nurturing space for you to connect with your inner self.
