Saturday Morning Yoga with Abby at Carey’s Secret Garden. Available June - September.These sessions run from 9am - 10.15am each Saturday morning.
Join Abby Faye for a 75-minute yoga session where the guiding principle is simply ‘take what you need’. Throughout the practice, you'll be encouraged to listen inward and move in a way that feels helpful and supportive to your body.
Together, we’ll breathe and move to cultivate awareness—an essential element of yoga that helps lay the foundation for self-care, and by extension, care for others and the world around us. Expect to be guided with compassion as you take a pause to be present and soak up the abundant nature of Carey’s with all of your senses.

What to bring:
Please bring a yoga mat - you may wish to bring a large towel beneath the mat if you would rather it stay spotlessly clean.
Please bring water and cozy socks, a jumper and blanket to ensure you are warm for the closing relaxation.
Please wear any clothes you feel comfortable moving in.
