As the golden hush of autumn begins to whisper through the trees, you are lovingly invited to step out of the busyness of life and into a day of sacred pause.
Harvest of the Heart is your invitation to slow down - to move gently, breathe deeply, and land fully in your body after the vibrant momentum of summer. This is a day to soften the edges, to be cradled by nature, and to let your whole being exhale.
Wrapped in the wild peace of Wareham Forest, this soul-nourishing retreat is designed to reconnect you to yourself, to the rhythms of the Earth, and to the wisdom of the season. It is a day that will feel like a warm, grounding embrace - soft, slow, spacious and sacred.
Happy River Retreat is a hidden gem nestled within Wareham Forest - a conscious, plant-powered space created to support healing, connection and natural wellbeing. With handcrafted wooden structures, outdoor fire circles, forest sauna, and soft moss underfoot, the land itself holds you gently throughout the day.

Let your nervous system rest, your heart open and your spirit rise. Together, we’ll journey through a deeply intuitive and seasonal rhythm of practices, rituals and rest:
✨10am Herbal welcome & gentle cleansing ritual to settle your soul
✨10:15am Opening circle with oracle cards & intention setting
✨10:30am Heart Opening Yoga Flow - a gentle, nourishing practice to awaken body and breath. Yoga on retreats is always suitable for all levels
✨11:45am A silent forest stroll or stillness among the trees - take this time to be held by the Earth or rest in quiet reflection
✨12pm Journaling practice inspired by autumn themes: letting go, receiving, cyclical renewal and a grounding breathwork journey with Lucy to calm and centre your energy in the cosy warmth of the yurt.
✨1pm A delicious, seasonal plant-based lunch prepared with love by our retreat chef, Kat
✨2:15pm Sacred cacao ceremony and crystal sound healing to soothe, settle and sweeten the moment. This is your deep restorative cocoon!
✨3:15pm Time to unwind in our forest sauna with optional cold plunge for those who feel called to cleanse and invigorate. There will also be an indulging body scrub ritual to give your skin a loving glow!
✨4pm Autumnal Bonfire with releasing rituals to honour the season of harvest, the balance of light and dark, and the sacred space we’ve shared together.
