Join us for a transformative day of connection, reflection, and rejuvenation as we honour the Autumn Equinox! This magical gathering will take place at a fantastic bushcraft site nestled among the woods, complete with an inviting open fire that sets the perfect ambiance for our day of celebration. This day celebrates our final event taking place at this wonderful site as Summer draws to an end, before we move into our cosy yoga studio for winter.Event Highlights:
Cacao Ceremony: Immerse yourself in a heart-opening cacao ceremony ran by your host Aïcha; featuring guided meditation, a circle share focused on the Autumn Equinox and intention setting.
Herbalism Talk: Enjoy an enlightening talk on herbalism with Herbalist Lynn, where you'll learn how various herbs can benefit your body and enhance your well-being.
Tea Steeping Workshop: Discover the ancient art of steeping tea with Lynn and Aïcha. This tea shall be created with plants foraged locally by Aïcha combined with other botanicals provided by Lynn.
Tea and Cake Break: Take a break to savour your freshly brewed herbal tea and indulge in delightful cake, offering a relaxed opportunity to connect and share insights with others. This is an optional cost of £3 for tea & cake.
Drumming Circle: Participate in a rhythmic journey of community connection and unity through the power of drumming.
Qigong Session: Experience gentle movements and mindful breathing to cultivate energy, promote relaxation, and enhance overall well-being.

Meet Your Facilitators:
Aïcha Marie: Your welcoming host for the day, Aïcha is the founder of Lady’s Mantle and a passionate Health & Well-being Facilitator and Forager. She focuses on helping people share and connect in a safe environment, utilising her wealth of knowledge in mental well-being activities to calm the nervous system.
Lynn May: As a skilled Herbalist and Health Coach, Lynn specialises in guiding individuals toward holistic well-being. She is also a Qigong Teacher and Reiki Master, offering insights into healing practices that nurture both the body and spirit.
Russell Thompson: Our dedicated fire keeper and health and safety officer, Russell is an experienced outdoor activity instructor and world traveler. His expertise ensures a safe and enriching experience as we connect with nature together.
Bring your friends, family, and an open heart as we celebrate the beauty of autumn together!
This is event is for all genders aged 16 and over.
Although this is not a neurodivergent specific event, it is neurodivergent friendly!
On purchase of ticket you shall receive an information pack providing full information of the day including a time schedule, FAQs and what to bring!
