First we Yoga, then we Sauna!When you arrive for your Flow + Sauna session, one of our Heat Haven crew will check you in and point you in the right direction — no wandering required.
If the weather’s feeling cute, yoga will be outdoors (bring a layer or two to stay cozy). If it’s too chilly or raining, we’ll move the sweat party inside the Mullner Building. Either way, our team’s got you covered.
What to bring:

🧖 Towel for that post-sauna glow
