Join us every Saturday from 10.30AM-12:00PM for an open morning at the Friends meeting house in Canterbury to learn Buddhist Meditation, deepen your existing practice and meet like-minded people. Open to all, £5 suggested donation (concessions available), tea and biscuits provided.
Meditation can help us to gain a new perspective on the stressful situations and anxieties of everyday life. It can also help to develop our self-awareness and can increase our sense of well being.
