Join us for Return to Love, the retreat! The intention of this retreat is to create a space of deep connection and deep transformation. One where you can disconnect from the hum drum of your regular schedule and responsibilities, to restore, replenish and recharge through a variety of holistic and intentionally curated practices, rituals, circles and ceremonies.
Return to Love will be a space where you can truly unwind and let go of the weight of anything you have been carrying in your heart, mind and womb. And fill up that space with love, reverence and devotion for yourself and your highest expression. You will be immersed in a supportive and nurturing environment, with likeminded women, and be taken on a journey to deeply re-connect with the essence of who you are.
Throughout the retreat you can expect; yoga/movement practices and circles/ceremonies inspired by nature, the seasons and the elements, meditation and gentle breathwork, self love and body love rituals and practices, heart and womb connection, healing and awakening, sound baths, yoga nidra and intentional deep rest and relaxation, nature walks, connection and exploration, self reflection and introspection exercises, wholesome and nutritious home-cooked food, wood fired hot tub and wild swimming, and conscious community connection. All in a luxury retreat centre in the beautiful Kent countryside.
