2 Day Open Floor workshop with SoulCollage®with Deborah Lewin + Aileen Reid
Easing and loosening the fixed shapes of our story about ‘The Past’, ‘The Present’, ‘The Future’.
Our own past, our own present, our own future are these set in stone? How would it be to soften that which we think we know about them?
Be it in the body, in the emotions, in the mind, or at the soul level, might we consciously loosen those places where we find fixed beliefs. Inviting the ease and fluidity of more spacious possibilities?
Explore…
- In this weekend workshop we will use movement and music - and a bit of a play with scissors, glue sticks and the layering of images - as our ways to explore.
- You might use this early November workshop weekend as a time and space for opening a little more to the multiple possibilities of you being you.
- You being a human, living a human lifetime held by time.
