A cacao and meditation evening to honour and mark Samhain the Celtic precursor to Halloween that many of our modern-day Halloween celebrations are routed in.Using the beautiful plant medicine of cacao we will give attention and intention to a time when the veil between worlds is said to be at its thinnest. A time when you might consider the barrier between our world (the physical & tangible) and the spirit realm (whatever that means to you) becomes so thin that energies and messages can pass through.
Because of this it's said that this time of year (and particularly around Samhain) is a very potent one for connecting with both our intuition and also seeking guidance and wisdom. It's a wonderful time to open up to connect with this perhaps for the first time or to increase the work you're already doing.
Through gentle grounding breathwork a thoughtfully crafted playlist a guided journey meditation along with oracle cards and journalling we will honour this time as well as connect with anything we wish to call in release or seek guidance on.
Cacao has been used in ritual and ceremony for thousands of years. Healing and transformational it is a deep heart opener helping us move from fear to love and connect with our inner wisdom. It is a really special experience and deeply enhances our meditation and insight.
The cacao used is high quality raw and organic lovingly prepared with reiki and intention.
