Sound Bath

Darling one, welcome to our candlelit Crystal Sound Bath at Rockwater in Hove on Sunday 26th October at 6pm - 7pm.

As we descend into the darker months of the year we are pulled inwards and invited to reflect on our inner world. A meditative Sound Bath can be a really beautiful way of connecting and nurturing the tender parts of ourselves that need a little holding.

A Sound Bath invites you to slip into a deeply medatitive state allowing your nervous system to rest, your mind to calm and your energetic body to come into harmony and balance. Whilst you're in this dreamy space you're able to access higher realms of consiousness and explore your subconscious mind. Creating a regular practise with sound allows you to more easily and readily access this state of mind, as with most things, the more you do it the better you get!

On arrival you'll be invited to find your space and get comfortable laying down. I'll then guide you on a short meditation to ground us into the space and collective energy before beginning our journey with the Singing Bowls. This is your time to rest and relax whilst being bathed by the crystal tones. As we come out of the Sound Bath I will once again guide you with my voice as you emerge renewed on the other side. Now is the time to take your journal and pen and write down anything that may have come up for you, you may want to write down how you're feeling or even an intention you'd like to carry with you into the week. Similarly to when you wake up from a dream, the visions are crystal clear and fresh in your mind, but as the day progresses those visons can fade, this can also happen during a Sound Bath, so it can be useful to write down your experience whilst you're in this space and it's still fresh in your mind.
