Day 2: Warrior Within Morning Yoga

Time: Coffee and donuts from 9:00 AM; Yoga 10:00 - 11:00 AM
Location: Performance 360, Mira Mesa
Start your morning with a rejuvenating yoga session designed to strengthen both body and spirit. Please bring your own yoga mat and water. Join us for a social hour with coffee and donuts before we begin.
