Salt and Stillness (Beachside Soundbath)

Salt and Stillness returns to Inlet Beach this summer for locals and visitors of 30A.
A weekly beachfront soundbath created to help you step out of the noise of our modern world and into a slower, more grounded state.
Each session is held right on the sand, where the sound of the Gulf meets layered tones from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments that help your body move beyond surface-level relaxation and truly unwind.
No movement. No experience. No preparation required. Each sesssion includes a thoughtfully curated setup (towels and weighted linen eye masks) so you can settle in with ease.
Come to find stillness. Leave carrying it with you.
