About this Event

This series is designed to bring together professionals, entrepreneurs, and marketing enthusiasts to share insights, strategies, and experiences from across the field of sales marketing. Through open discussions, collaborative activities, and case study analysis, participants will explore emerging trends, effective communication techniques, and innovative approaches to engaging audiences. The goal is to foster mutual learning, inspire creativity, and build connections that enhance collective business learning.

Across the 4 workshops, we will explore topics from a range of important business subjects to explore best practise principles, develop ideas and exchange insights from a range of sectors.

Workshop 1 – Sales in a digital era (23rd April, Stockton, delivered by Spear-heads Ltd)

Workshop 2 – Understanding social media for business growth and value add (27th April, Newcastle, delivered by Gardiner Richardson)

Workshop 3 – Understanding your marketing strategy to add value (11th May, Newcastle, delivered by Gardiner Richardson)

Workshop 4 – Understanding and improving your customer journey & experience (19th May, South Tyneside, delivered by Interdigitate)

These sessions are intended to participatory and to ensure that participants get the most out of each session, we have limited the sessions to a maximum of 30 per session.

In workshop 1; we will cover topics such as:

  • How Digital Has Changed the Sales Process
  • Modern Sales Tools & Channels
  • Messaging That Converts
  • Plus, a group working session, with peer feedback.

The goal is to foster mutual learning, inspire creativity, share knowledge and build connections that enhance expertise.
