About : Born in Kyotango City, Kyoto Prefecture, Chef Imai has built a distinguished career specializing in Chinese and home-style Japanese cooking. After training at a long-established Chinese restaurant in Kyoto and expanding his expertise as a food coordinator in Tokyo, he developed a signature style based on his philosophy: “Delicious and Fun for Everyone.”
About the Instructor: Toshi Uehara serves as President of the Sake Association of British Columbia (SABC). He is a WSET Educator in Sake and a Sake Sommelier dedicated to promoting Japanese sake and deepening appreciation for sake culture throughout British Columbia.
