A very impromtu series throughout the year - we are always adjusting our coffee sourcing calendar and line up our coffees very strategically normally 3 or 6 or 9 months in advance. This ensures we can recieve and roast the coffees we enjoy from the producers we look up to, and of course to maintain these multi-year relationships.

This is an approachable cupping event for everyone to showcase what coffees we have now, what is being dialed in via the roast, and what is launching.

*coffee cupping - and industry standard way to to taste coffees out of specialized bowls, with spoons, slurping your way to flavour-town. Although this is an industry standard method, this session will not be focusing on the analysis and score, but more on taste, terroir, how we will be roasting them, and what makes these coffees so special.
