Learn how to connect with the source of peace within - the cosmos within - and enjoy the deeply peaceful state of inner silence known as 'thoughtless awareness'. Discover the benefits of regular meditation and take home some simple skills that help maintain a steady state of peace and balance. Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a simple, easy and enjoyable technique based on ancient knowledge and wisdom. Fridays 6.30-7.30pm at the Beaumaris Community Centre, 66 Constellation Drive Ocean Reef 6027.
