Join SAH Method certified creative healer Ashley Rutledge alongside soundscape artist Charlie for a transformational somatic dance experience designed to build awareness, presence, and release through movement and sound.We’ll begin with guided meditation to ground into the body and meet our inner world. From there we'll move into lightly choreographed movements paired with breath and affirmations to allow the mind to fade into the background. The body will then take center stage as we're encouraged to dance ecstatically allowing the invisible to become visible.
Charlie will create a resonant sound landscape that transports you to that sacred inner space where true healing lives.
With each beat and tone, you’ll be invited to move intuitively—freeing stuck energy and expressing your inner world through dance.
All emotions and sensations are welcome on the dance floor. This is a safe, supportive container where what arises can be honored and metabolized—leaving you feeling lighter, more energized, and deeply at peace.
Expect moderate cardio movement with options for rest and modification. You are the highest authority on your experience. This practice is a non-invasive, joyful way to move emotional baggage without needing to analyze or relive it.
