Listen & Create for the Spiritually Curious

This class is a relaxed, reflective experience that blends listening, creativity, and curiosity. Together, we will listen to interviews, podcasts, or lectures featuring individuals who have experienced a Near-Death Experience (NDE), spiritual awakening, or who share insights related to personal growth, self-help, and spiritual exploration.

While listening, participants will color mandala-style coloring pages, allowing the hands to stay engaged while the mind opens to new ideas.

This class is designed for the spiritually curious: those who enjoy exploring a wide variety of perspectives, experiences, and belief systems with an open mind and a respectful heart. The focus is on listening, reflection, and personal meaning rather than debate or persuasion.
