During this two-hour class, you’ll build your own wooden charcuterie board, thoughtfully arranged with cheese, meats, fruit, crackers, and more. You’ll learn placement techniques, portioning, and presentation tips to help you design a professional-looking board every time.

This workshop is led by Tiffany Palmer, the owner of a local micro-bakery based in Colonie, specializing in organic homemade baked goods crafted with quality and care. In addition to a love for all things culinary, your instructor is also a certified event planner with a deep passion for the hospitality industry and creating memorable, meaningful moments.
