Somatic Activated Healing helps participants reconnect with their physical and emotional bodies in a way that promotes the composting of stored emotions and old narratives in a fun and self liberating way.
The practice can range from gentle to vigorous. While the instructor or coach will offer guidance, it’s important that participants listen to their own bodies and needs in the moment and go at their own pace. With that said, I will gently encourage you to give yourself permission to let go and allow the practice move you.
