Developed by Paul Lam, MD (creator of the Tai Chi Health Institute). This program is a safe and easy to learn Tai Chi. It has been proven to relieve pain and improve health and balance, and is recommended by the CDC, National Council on Aging and the Arthritis Foundation.
Dorothy Draper is a certified instructor of Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention. She is a retired high school science teacher and loves tai chi.
