Creative Self-Care for Wellness w/Cecilia Deferrari

Class in English and Spanish. Clase en inglés y español.

We'll be practicing creative care and tending to all the senses, utilizing multiple modalities including Reiki, QiGong, Aromatherapy, Shamanism, Sound Healing, Reflexology, Creative Writing, Movement, Expressive Arts, Meditation and Mindfulness. You will leave every session with new tools for self-care to enhance wellness.

Cecilia Deferrari is a Reiki Master, Aromatherapist, Certified Spanish & English Court Interpreter, Community Educator, and an avid student of botany and the healing arts. Cecilia holds degrees in Art History and Religious Studies, and a Masters in Humanistic/Multicultural/Social Justice Educational Studies. She is currently completing a Masters in English and Creative Writing.
