You’re invited to gather in circle with other women for a relaxed and heart-centred drum circle. This is a welcoming space to slow down, connect, and let yourself be heard—without pressure, expectations, or needing to “get it right.” In our circle, you’re invited to play in a way that feels natural to you—soft or strong, steady or playful. Every rhythm belongs, and every woman’s presence adds to the magic of the circle.

Drumming is wonderfully calming for the nervous system. The steady beat helps quiet overthinking and brings us back into the moment. As you begin to drum, your breath naturally slows, your body relaxes, and your mind gets a chance to rest. Many women leave feeling more grounded, lighter, and clearer than when they arrived. No drumming experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to show up as you are. This is a space to unwind, let go of expectation and connect with other women. Drums available to borrow.
