Sacred Pause - A Women's day of Rest, Ritual and Reconnection

This intimate retreat offers a supportive space to slow down, reconnect, and restore. We will begin with an opening circle, followed by a heart-opening cacao ceremony to gently arrive into the day. The morning will include somatic movement including breathwork, supporting nervous system regulation, grounding, and release.

In the afternoon, enjoy a guided meditation and a creative and sensory workshop where you will create your own essential oil perfume rollerball using doTERRA essential oils, with a choice of 3–4 beautifully curated blends.

We will close the day with a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing time for rest, integration, and relaxation as the day gently comes to an end. Each attendee will also receive a thoughtfully curated goodie bag to take home — a little reminder of the day and the intention you set for yourself. Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate and supportive. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
