Through the power of intention, sound, and stillness, we’ll raise our vibration as a group…supporting both ourselves and one another in deep, heart-centered healing.
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are immersed in soothing tones and healing vibrations. As you lie down and relax, the resonant tones of quartz crystal singing bowls wash over you, helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and bring your body back into balance.
Combined with a gentle guided meditation, this practice naturally calms the nervous system and supports emotional and energetic alignment. The frequencies of the sound bowls help shift brainwaves into more relaxed states, such as alpha and theta, which are associated with rest, creativity, and deep healing.
This is your time to simply receive, rest, and reconnect with yourself.
