Join us in our *108* Mala practice to honor and celebrate the return of Spring!
What to expect:
The spring equinox represents a time for rebirth and new beginnings! We will begin by creating a moving meditation with 108 sun salutations! This powerful meditation will allow you to dive deeper within and detox the mind, body, spirit! This isn’t your traditional mala practice… you will be guided in a functional warm up that supports your body and will be given alternative variations that you can choose from throughout YOUR 108!
After a communal completion of our moving meditation, you will be guided in a cool down stretch. Bathe and nourish every cell of the body while listening to therapeutic vibrations of crystal bowls. Elevate your meditative state with various sound waves, that will restore harmony and vitality to your mind, body, heart and soul!
