After so many women expressed interest in our Sacred Space: A Place to Exhale workshop—but couldn't attend the July date—we're excited to announce that it's back!
Join us for a peaceful, faith-filled morning designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with God, and experience His peace in the midst of life's demands.
🗓 Saturday, November 7
🕙 10:00–11:30 AM
📍 Lewes Public Library
Together, we'll explore practical neuroscience-based tools to calm the mind and nervous system, discover biblical encouragement, enjoy guided reflection, and create space to rest, recharge, and reconnect with God.
💛Seating is intentionally limited to create a meaningful, intimate experience. Our July workshop sold out, and we expect this one to fill quickly as well!
