Sound is a vibration and various tonal frequencies, that affect the inner cellular structures of our bodies, all the way down
to our bone marrow. The various tones may help to balance your mind, body, and spirit, allowing your body to relax and release tensions and anxiety.
A short guided meditation with gentle drumming, will help set the tone for the rest of your sound journey.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, socks/slippers, water, a journal and wear layered comfortable clothing.
