We’ll open our hearts with ceremonial cacao, grounding, and gratitude, then move into playful, improvised embodiment games designed to get us out of our heads and into our bodies, laughing together, and experiencing the magic of genuine human connection.
No improv experience required. You don’t need to be funny. Just willing to play.
Then we’ll soften into a nourishing soundbath, letting our bodies rest and integrate before gathering around the fire for coziness, and community.
