About this Event

Sacred Self-Love is a two-hour nurturing and restorative experience designed to create space for participants to pause, breathe, reconnect with themselves and experience self-love as something sacred rather than something they need to earn. Through gentle breathwork, spiritual reflection, journaling, guided meditation and optional Reiki, participants are invited to soften, open the heart and hold themselves in deep reverence. This workshop is an opportunity to simply receive, rest and remember the inherent love, worth and beauty that has been there all along.

What to bring:

Mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, journal and pen.

Wear comfortable clothing.

Prepare to be held in a space of love.
