There is a place within all of us where anger lives.
Not as something broken, not as something to be silenced, but as something powerful, intelligent, and deeply human. Rage is often the part of us that knows when something isn’t right. It holds the boundary, the truth, the fire that says: enough. The sacred no.
When suppressed or misunderstood, it can become destructive, inside and out. But when witnessed, expressed, and guided, it becomes fuel for healing, clarity, and transformation.
This gathering is an invitation to meet that fire.
Together, we will explore anger not as something to fear, but as something to understand and work with. Through intentional practices, we will create a space where this energy can move safely, without harm, without judgment, and without shame. The goal is not to get rid of rage, but to build a relationship with it, and learn how to move with it rooted in awareness, respect, and personal power.
Connection is at the heart of this work.
Shame thrives in isolation, in the belief that we are alone in what we feel. But when we come together—when we allow ourselves to be seen in vulnerability, to be honest—something begins to shift. The weight softens. The intensity becomes shared. In witnessing one another, we remember that our emotions are not something to hide, but something that can bring us closer to ourselves and to each other.
Held in the energy of the solstice, this experience draws on the height of the sun’s power; the peak of light, heat, and life force. Fire is both a destroyer and a creator. It clears what no longer serves and makes space for something new. In this same spirit, we gather to move, release, and transform what is ready to be let go, and to reclaim the strength that lives within it.
This is a space for truth.
A space for release.
A space for connection.
A space for authenticity.

Who this is for:
This retreat is intended for individuals who have already begun to notice their own anger and how it shows up in their internal and external world. It is for those who are seeking to better understand, regulate, and work with this energy in a conscious and grounded way.
This is not an introductory or curiosity-based experience for those who are simply interested in exploring anger conceptually or for the first time. Participants should come with a level of self-awareness and a genuine readiness to engage in personal reflection, presence, and emotional work.
Accommodations:
This retreat will be taking place at White Wolf Healing Centre in Hanmer Ontario.
Participants will be staying in small, unheated cabins with a simple, camping-style setup. These spaces are intentionally minimal to support a deeper connection with the land and the natural environment. Please bring your own sleeping bag and any additional layers or items needed to stay warm and comfortable.
As the retreat takes place around the solstice, temperatures are typically milder, though conditions can still vary, so preparing for cool nights is recommended. Shared access to the land, outdoor spaces, and communal areas will support daily practices, rest, and integration time.
This setting is designed to encourage land-based healing, slowing down, and reconnecting with natural rhythms while holding space for the work of the Sacred Rage Retreat.
Registration & Participation:
To support a safe and intentional space for all participants, a short consultation is required prior to attending. This allows us to connect, answer questions, and ensure the retreat is aligned with your needs and readiness.
A signed waiver is also required and must be completed prior to arrival. The waiver will be shared following your consultation.
