One that deeply honors who you’ve been, who you are, and who you will be?Join Audrey Jansen, studio owner, for an afternoon of cacao ceremony, somatic practices, and meditation on the sacred first day of 2026 and leave feeling embodied, inspired, and spiritually connected for the New Year.
This special experience will blend many of Audrey’s modalities, giving you a taste of her upcoming 5-month inner circle that begins on on January 25th: Seeking the Sacred.

As a yoga teacher, cacao ceremony facilitator, Reiki Master practitioner, somatic dance teacher (SAH Method), and owner of Seek Yoga Studio, she strives to provide a compassionate space to heal and feel and be. Her offerings come from the heart as a desire to support you on your path to a more self and spirit-connected existence.
