- Distraction-free time to center and breathe without your phone or your to-do list
For this event:
- No experience is required
- You might want to bring: comfy clothing, yoga mat/blankets/pillows (or you can utilize the studio props), a mug (tea will be offered)
This event is offered by cash donation but we do ask that you register (free) in advance as spaces are limited.
