Tara Pappas -
Tara Pappas is a mixed media artist in the beautiful state of Wyoming. Drawing from her knowledge of fairy tales, folklore, and fables, Tara strives to create visual stories, embodying the timelessness of the fantastic and its connection with the ordinary. When she’s not in her art studio, she enjoys exploring the natural beauty of her surroundings, hiking the mountain trails of Wyoming and Colorado.
At Resonate & Create, Reenergize your creativity with local artist Tara Pappas as she invites you to explore street stamping and mixed media journaling. As a part of this experience, you will leave with your own journal and stamp-making material to continue to play with this art making process at home!

Founder of Flowering Journey Wellness
Theresa Chavez is a multi-modality healing arts practitioner and the founder of Flowering Journey Wellness. She weaves together vibrational sound healing, the Spinal Flow Technique, and somatic practices to help others access deep rest, release, and reconnection.
With a grounded, heart-centered approach, Theresa creates spaces where the nervous system can soften, the body can recalibrate, and healing can unfold naturally. Her offerings support individuals in returning to their bodies with a sense of safety, presence, and flow.
At Resonate & Create, Theresa will offer a vibrational sound healing session, creating a deeply nourishing experience designed to calm the mind, and inspire a creative flow.
Sarah Stepans -
Breathworker - Reiki Master - Integrative Practitioner
Sarah has over 2 decades of working in healthcare as an RN. She believes in the power of the connection between the physical, mental and spiritual selves. She deeply believes in the power of movement, breath and the power to heal that radiates within all of us.
At Resonate & Create, Sarah will guide us through an intentional breathwork practice meant to promote connection to self and each other, our creativity and the power within ourselves. Encouraging us to take a moment to notice our breath.
Join us for an evening to take a moment to Resonate and Create. Your 3 hosts will create a space for you to be in the moment to fill your soul and then offer a delicious and nourishing light meal to nourish your body. For sound healing & breathwork: bring a water bottle and any creature comforts for yourself, to make sure you are extra cozy (blankets, layers, etc.). We have limited yoga mats, blankets and bolsters. Please bring whatever will make you feel super comfortable.
For Sound Healing and Breathwork - please bring a yoga mat if you have it, blankets, layers, anything to help create a cozy place for you to lie down; bring a water bottle and a journal as well.
