Join us for our Monthly event - NOURISH: A Monthly Gathering of Healing & Connection. Each month on the third Sunday, we will gather for an afternoon of connection, healing, and nourishment.
Each month, we'll share a different healing offering; from sound baths to gentle movement, meditation, or energy work, followed by a warm community meal featuring homemade soup and fresh bread.
This gathering is an invitation to slow down, connect with others, and receive.
We'll provide the soup and bread. If you feel called to bring something to share, you're welcome to, but it's never required
Come as you are.
Give as you're able.
