In this 2.5-hour immersive workshop, Jothi will guide participants through a nourishing somatic and creative experience rooted in the birthing energy of spring. We will begin with a gentle guided meditation incorporating breathwork, movement, and touch to help settle into the body and open creative flow. From this grounded space, participants will create a personal mandala from scratch—an intentional visual representation of their inner essence, spirit, relationships, work, community, and the ways our lives ripple outward into the world. We will close our time together with a deeply relaxing sound bath to integrate and restore. Join us for a soothing, expressive, and meaningful journey of self-connection, creativity, and renewal.
