Yoga and tarot offer powerful pathways for reflection, intuition, and connection. In this Yoga & Tarot Workshop, you’ll be guided through a deeply calming restorative yoga practice with Jenn of Wildflower Yoga, designed to quiet the mind, release stagnant energy, and ground the body.Afterward, you’ll receive a one-on-one tarot reading with Adrienne of Mad Lavender Farm, offering insight into your desires, challenges, and guidance for the year ahead. The experience is woven together with intention-setting journaling, tea, and the creation of a personalized oil tincture blend to take home—supporting clarity, alignment, and mindful intention as you move forward.
This workshop is welcoming for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, blending restorative yoga, tarot, and ritual into a meaningful, grounding experience.
