Celebrate friendship, connection, and self-care with our Galentine’s Relax & Restorative Yoga workshop—a cozy, feel-good gathering designed for rest, laughter, and deep relaxation. This is your invitation to slow down and enjoy a day of R&R with the women in your life in a warm, welcoming space.We’ll begin by exploring essential oils known for their calming and soothing properties, learning how to use scent as a simple yet powerful tool for relaxation. You’ll create your own custom essential oil blend to enjoy on the mat and take home, all while sipping tea and savoring chocolate—because relaxation should feel a little indulgent.
The experience concludes with a deeply nourishing restorative yoga practice, complete with heated eye masks and gentle head massages to help melt away tension and leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and cared for. Expect soft poses, supportive props, and a peaceful atmosphere that encourages total rest and renewal.
Whether you come with friends or treat yourself to a solo reset, this Galentine’s gathering is the perfect way to reconnect, unwind, and share a little love—both with others and yourself.
