🍁Join Healing Harmonies for an intimate Candlelight Sound Bath at the beautiful The CarltonClub.
Surrounded by the warm glow of candlelight, you will be guided into deep relaxation through the gentle, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.
This special September session marks the beginning of our Sacred Autumn Series – a journey through the season’s themes of letting go, grounding, and inner balance.

Sound baths are usually favorable for most people but there may be some exceptions such as the following: -
📚It is okay for adults and young people, but not for small children.
📚If you don't like high-pitched sounds
📚 If you're not sure if this is right for you
📚If you have a high degree of tinnitus or sensitivity to loud sounds
📚 If you have any medical devices that can be disruptive to these sounds
📚 If you have sound-sensitive epilepsy
📚 If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy
📚If you are pregnant and your doctor has advised against it.
