There has never been a more appropriate time to take full ownership of your life and make sure that you are not just living on the mercy of algorithms and what society tells you is important. The time is for each one of us to show up and step up.Choosing that is not easy. But it is possible to have a (spiritual?!) practice and it is absolutely essential to have good practices that support us in taking back ownership of our lives and our attention.
Join Rört founder Jeppe Skovgaard for a talk and conversation about how we can establish a spiritual practice and what it means at all that something is spiritual and a practice.
Jeppe will draw on his many years of experience dedicated to very diverse practices (parkour, acrobatics and yoga) and communities (as founder, teacher and participants) and the hope is that the talk will make you feel inspired to commit to choosing a practice and dedicate a lot of hours to exactly that in the year to come.
