We’re welcoming 2026 with a New Year Feast created by the talented chefs from FAR.
On January 21st, we’ll set a long, family-style table and enjoy a shared dinner. Light the new year and let us spark your night with an organic and flavour-packed menu:
- Grilled white cabbage with champagne sauce and *Fyrtårns* cheese
- French fries with kimchi powder and kimchi mayo
- Endive with sea buckthorn gel and wheat kernels
- Brussels sprout quiche
Add-on dessert:
Bergamot marzipan "lagkage" with pear compote and miniature fireworks (+60 DKK)
Water will be available on the tables, and the bar will be open all night, pouring wine, beers, and cold drinks.
Price: 135 DKK per person / 65 DKK for kids
Dessert can be added when booking.
Nice to know:
We check in guests from 17:30, and the food will be served at 18:00 sharp. If you’d like to sit close to friends or family, we recommend arriving early to secure seats together at our long table.
