Running Edge 305: 4th Annual Soup Joumou 5K

The 4th Annual Joumou 5K Run + Walk will take place Thursday, January 1st at 8am in Little Haiti. The event will begin and end at Lakou Miami, 207 NE 59th Street, Miami,FL 33137. This is more than just a run + walk. Participants will be able to learn about the unique history and culture of Little Haiti. Participants will also enjoy music, food and be a part of the vibrant Running Edge 305 community. Runners and walkers of all levels are welcome, making it a truly inclusive and welcoming event.

7:30am - Check-in

8:00am - Warm Up + Stretches

9:30am - Cool Down Yoga Flow

10:00am - Soup and Celebration(Music, Food and Fellowship)
