The ultimate Sunday evening balance. Clear your mind on the mat, shake off the weekend with a social run, and head into Monday feeling completely refreshed.

Join us November 15th for a two-part movement event focused on self-care and community. Whether you want to join the yoga flow, run, or do both—everyone is welcome!

🕒 The Schedule

• 5:45 PM – 6:00 PM | Arrival & Settle In
Arrive at the venue, check in, find your mat, and chat with the community before we begin our yoga flow.
• 6:00 PM – 6:45 PM | Sunday Reset Yoga
A 45-minute yoga flow focused on mobility, core stability, and lengthening our muscles. Perfect for runners, dancers, athletes, or anyone looking to ease tension before the work week begins.
• 7:00 PM – 7:45 PM | 5K Social Run
A casual, conversational-paced 5K run. No pressure, no timers—just a great way to log some miles and chat with cool people.
• 7:45 PM – 8:30 PM | Treats, Socialising, Thank You and Goodbye
The runners join us again for a beverage, sweet treat and then we say our goodbyes.
