- 5k or 7k Route Options
- Ladies only female-led run club
- 6:00/km + 7:00/km pace groups.
- Social run club - we run together in groups to keep it conversational + chatty!

Tabithas Coffee (Deansgate Mews, Unit N, 253 Deansgate, Manchester M3 4EN)
ROUTE: 7k ROUTE (5k cut off when Lower Moseley Street meets Great Bridgewater Street)
PLAN:
- 6:15 AM: Meet + Warm Up
- 6:30 AM: Social Run Departs
- Finish Back at Tabithas & enjoy 20% off your post-run drinks!
8 week series: Wednesdays 30th Sept - 18th Nov
