Our Couch To 5K graduation for our September groups will be split between Alexandra and Peel parkruns - we would love for as many as possible of you to come down and support our newest MileShyers!
The runs start at 9am and we'll be meeting by the start area from 8.30am onwards - look out for the bee tees! As always there'll be a short warm up session before the run.
