Join us for some joyful singing in the gorgeous acoustics of the Portico's domed roof, led by Sarah Adam (Choirs Manchester)
Sarah Adams (Choirs Manchester) is an experienced choir leader and musician here in Manchester. Come along to this feel-good, low pressure hour of group singing at Portico Library. The aim of the session is simply to enjoy singing together. No previous experience necessary, we’ll learn a new arrangement in harmony by ear with lyrics. Everyone welcome!
Sarah has gigged at some of Manchester’s finest haunts including Band on the Wall, Manchester Academy, Bridgewater Hall and Deaf Institute with her band Canter Semper. Her choirs regularly perform at Refuge, Central Library, Manchester Half Marathon and local community events. Her ethos is all about singing to feel better and her approach is informal and relaxed. Come and get some joy!
