Guest Speaker: Manni Chopra

Manni Chopra is a property investor, developer, entrepreneur and co-founder of The Chopra Property Group, which she established alongside her husband, Romey Chopra, in 2016. Since founding the business, Manni has helped build a multi-million-pound property portfolio through commercial conversions, refurbishments, planning gain and development projects across the South East of England.

With more than 30 years of combined property experience, Manni has been instrumental in delivering over 30 successful development projects and growing the business into an award-winning property company. The Chopra Property Group has received multiple industry accolades, including Commercial Property Development of the Year 2025, HMO Development of the Year 2024, Property Development of the Year 2023, and HMO Investor of the Year 2022.
